Rubenfeld Synergy

Rubenfeld Synergy Method (RSM) is a dynamic system of psychotherapy developed by Ilana Rubenfeld over the last 35 years. It is a unique blending of the psychophysical modalities of F. M. Alexander and Moshe Feldenkrais with Gestalt theory and Eriksonion Hypnotherapy.
RSM's awareness and integration process restores balance and harmony for the whole person through: verbal expression, movement, breathing patterns, kinesthetic awareness, body posture and attitude, imagination, humor, sound and the special use of touch. It opens gateways to deep feelings and presents the opportunity for integration of the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
