Medium office(s)- $125 one day per week per month*

Large office at front - $145*

 

Second floor

Medium office above Dr Ortiz (white room) - $125* / $625 per month**

Small room (green room) - $100* / $500**

Long room above kitchen (with aquarium currently) - $145* / $725**

 

Hourly rentals

Kitchen and Very Large 3rd floor (Yoga-type space) - $15/hr weekdays, $20/hr weekends and evenings.  2 hour minimum.

 

Long-term 3rd floor (Yoga-type space) rental

If someone were interested in having an on-going class or group, we could negotiate a monthly part-time rate.

*The rates quoted are for one day per week per month.  For example, every Wednesday -- 4 days per month total.    **If a room is available to be rented full-time, the second number is the per month rate.
