Come prepared to give or receive to truly experience the other participants for 15 minutes per participant

This will save hours of networking scheduling and travel.

You may bring a massage table or chair to enhance your giving - to go in the middle of the room.

We are not planning on serving food, so bring "grazing" foods such as vegetables and other snacks

Bring your favorite bottled water.
